There was a minor issue with the display on the scale I received - I called the support phone number on the label, got a human, explained the situation, and he arranged for a new scale to be shipped to me no questions asked and no charge. New scale arrived in just a couple of days works perfectly. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I'd do business with this company again.

This was a wonderful buy. I was so surprised at the quality of the item. The price is very reasonable.
It is absolutely to the oz. correct every time which is very rare in bathroom scales.
Also it is really modern and lovely. The glass is so nice and would fit in any bathroom decor.
What can I say, don't you just LOVE good surprises for a change???
I would recommend this scale to anyone.

With a 5 pound weight it's usually off .5-1 pound. While weighing myself I usually get varying results. Aesthetically it's pleasing, though it does get dirty fairly easily.
All in all, you could do worse.

I bought this scale because my old one would give you a different reading every time you stepped on and off. I was on the HCG diet and really needed accuracy. I read the reviews and chose this one, and it is perfect! It looks great...and it is extremely accurate and simple to read and use.
